Miss Maddie and Jennifer left the classroom environment yesterday and commenced working on the Truffiere. This fun pair are fast establishing their own style as a working team.

Miss Maddie (Springer Spaniel) & Jennifer have begun her foundation truffle hunting training. Ms Maddie has a wonderful future ahead of her.

Mr Walter (Border Collie) & Rachelle are being skilled up in the fine art of truffle sniffing as well. Mr Walter is a stunning gent and he knows this!
