Kat and her team of Australian Koolies and handlers are the first in the World of their breed to become successful professional Truffle hunting dogs. For more information on what we do and how we can help you head over to our services page to see what we offer.

We hunt all over Victoria for T Melanosporum and T Borchii and hope to one day find T Magnatum!  We are also available to travel to Southern end of NSW

When we asked Karyn to come with the dogs to our first year of ‘potential’ find of truffles, we could not have been happier. Not only did Karyn give us a world of information about the nuggets of gold but her two dogs found our first batch. And on their return to our trufferie throughout the season, more were located. The relief of actually producing a truffle on the fourth year of planting was celebrated happily by all. A memory not to be forgotten, given to us, by Koolies Nose.
